Ensuring appropriate end to end process design across Balta’s business units (where possible) aiming at harmonization and a standardized use of applications in collaboration with the enterprise/integration architect
Ensuring comprehensive customer specifications are prepared, in collaboration with user departments and process owners
Making sure that the IT/process solution adequately covers the needs of the business (covering all business units, departments support functions and affiliates) in collaboration with other process leads ensuring an end to end view
Management of the process team(s) taking decisions in terms of workload and prioritization
Obtaining a stakeholder role in projects, working closely with the testing and organizational change management leads
Collaborate with business peers to ensure IT users in the departments are trained and coached on how to apply standard processes in order to optimize the anticipated business benefits
Decide on process layouts and changes to the processes, in collaboration with enterprise/integration architect and specialists in the appropriate technology domains
Help to drive the change into the organization making sure that the new process is respected and adhered to in the day to day business
Work closely with other Business Process leads on integration topics and cross functional processes
Responsible for reduction of incident tickets in the assigned process area e.g. by implementation of continuous improvements of standard processes
Get business processes documented and translated business requirements in functional requirements
Demonstrated managerial IT experience for at least 10 years, ideally in a complex highly demanding industry (automotive, processing)
Business acumen to allow a fast context understanding and to create easy alignment with internal customers and suppliers
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple constituencies to support project and organizational change management objectives
Relevant experience with projects linked to the shared services (Finance, HR, HSE, …)
Ability to efficiently implement the defined actions and to introduce process changes wherever applicable
Strong communicator with open personality and “critical eye”
Ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical simplified manner and in business impact terms
Fluent communication in English and Dutch
Earned a master degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent by experience
