I started as an integrator and have grown into sales. There is certainly enough training, and growth opportunities as well. I can still learn a lot. What I particularly love is the contact with my immediate colleagues, but also with other internal services, with suppliers and other external parties. That personal contact makes it very nice to work at Balta.
