Balta Safety Days

Balta finds a healthy and safe working environment for its employees very important, whether it is in the production departments or in the offices. We share the “Vision Zero”.

In the month of October, we organized our Balta Safety Days for all Balta employees worldwide. We chose for an interactive event and used digital tools and “serious gaming”. In cooperation with Play it Safe, we designed a customized online game, where our employees went through the safety risks and guidelines in a virtual Balta factory.
