Reference Certificate for inclusive Entrepreneurship 2021

In recent years, Balta has been focusing on diversity in the workplace. We, as a company, help our employees overcome barriers in their job through targeted training efforts such as workplace learning, language training and soon IT skills as well.

This commitment results today in a 'Reference Certificate for inclusive Entrepreneurship 2021', which is awarded annually by Sterpunt Inclusive Entrepreneurship, the umbrella organisation of Workplace Architects striving for an inclusive labour market.

The Reference Certificate demonstrates that Balta, by providing opportunities, directly contributes to the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).

So we are proud to be named as inclusive Entrepreneur.
