How we continue to care

For some time now, we’ve had to adapt to a new reality brought on by the coronavirus. We see the health and safety of our employees as our priority and we closely follow the government guidelines. Balta is actively implementing its “post confinement strategy” for our plants and offices, making sure that everyone working for Balta is protected. We conducted a comprehensive risk analysis for all of our work places and we are implementing a harmonised approach for each of our sites worldwide.

With our Golden Hygiene Rules campaign, in addition to our well-established Golden Safety Rules, we are translating our safety promises into actions. These five basic rules are communicated clearly and visualised in various ways, including our exclusive 'social distancing' floor mats which we made ourselves for internal use.
